Bronze Level Training
A three day course, Bronze training is the essential level of
operator knowledge. Building on the theory of operation and control,
this hands-on course enables the user to set up and run the Gunther
inserter and to perform basic error resolution together
with the necessary day to day cleaning and maintenance activities.

Silver Level
Training
Preceded by Bronze training, Silver takes the knowledge and
expertise already gained and develops it in a two day course.
Focusing on providing a greater understanding for operational
adjustments and more advanced setup activities, Silver training
gives
the operator the skills necessary to make your Gunther machine run
at peak performance.

Training
With Bronze and Silver training under the operator’s belt, Gunther’s
Gold Level, creates a highly trained individual who is capable of
advanced and sophisticated operations plus essential repairs. This
two day course gives the operator superior knowledge and is the best
way to increase efficiencies and optimize throughput.

Program
Gunther also offers a comprehensive certification program for
trained operators. A Gunther Trained Specialist conducts
certification on-site, assessing competency and identify weaknesses
in all areas of operation, including safety, job setup, loading of
materials, job processing, error recovery, adjustments and operator
level maintenance.
