Flexibility - One machine, multiple applications. Using patented conveyor technology, the Series W is capable of processing a wide range of applications, from monarch to 6 x 9 inch to brokerage (#14) envelopes. Like all Gunther systems, the Series W can process both cut sheet and continuous applications with no changeover time from one format to the other. Gunther's primary feeder also feeds intermixed paper weight ranging from 20# bond to 65# cover stock. Documents within applications can vary dynamically from 1 to 15 sheets, depending on fold type. Checks, letters, EOBs, bills, financial statements, 8 x 11 inch - landscape or portrait, 6 x 8 inch, legal size and everything in between - the Series W does it all. Simplicity - Keeping it simple is smart. The Series W combines speed with a high level of operating efficiency to produce the maximum throughput for each application. To minimize operator setup, the patented Series W folder is completely dynamic and self-adjusting for varying page counts up to 15 sheets. No sub-setting required. And no longer is the operator tempted to reduce the transport speed in search of the elusive 'sweet spot’ because the conveyor dynamically self adjusts its indexing speed to optimize job productivity. Tilting feeders and covers with self-engaging stands make access to the conveyor a breeze. Even a novice can adjust the paper path - without tools - to accommodate documents from 6 to 11 inches wide.
