Core Components: Feeders High capacity feeders coupled with Gunther’s F400 Primary feeder make an unbeatable combination on the Productivity range. Over 4000 cut pages can be stacked for increased operator efficiency while the primary feeder can supply intermixed paper weight from 20lb up to 65lb cover stock. Before each sheet is fed into the dynamic, indexing conveyor system, are code readers that are the first stages of Gunther’s of 100% integrity process. Additional error detection sensors ensure that mis-feeds and incorrect documents are treated as exceptions and automatically removed at the earliest opportunity
F400H Main Feeder with High Capacity Feeder
Vacuum Insert Feeder The F2 Feeder is a vacuum type feeder capable of feeding a wide range of inserts. Such as, reply envelopes, brochures, single sheets and covers. Additional inserts can be added to each package with this type of feeder. The F2 Feeder can be equipped with a laser reader giving the feeder match read capability. When set as a Match Feeder, this feeder will activate based on the Match Indicator in the primary document code. Friction Feeder

Documents are loaded into the high capacity feeder. Tractor belts
shingle the documents and bring them to the transfer arm which
deposits them in the feed pocket of the F400H feeder face down. In
the Feed pocket, the sheets that are coded are first read, and then
fed singularly into the Accumulator. When the required number of
sheets has been accumulated, as determined by the code, the flight
is fed onto the Main Conveyor.
The Friction Feeders can be adjusted to feed a wide range of
inserts. Reply envelopes, brochures, and other inserts (or
enclosures) are added to each package with this type of feeder.
