Gunther’s revolutionary Champion^TM software is the first system in the paper handling industry completely based on the Windows operating system. From the SQL database to the XP operating system, and then on to the Windows CE nodes that operate the individual devices, the .NET framework written in C# and C++, provides an open architecture means of handling all operating and communication tasks.

Champion’s sophisticated design allows all communication to, from and within the inserting system to be conducted in TCP/IP, allowing it to be entirely LAN and internet accessible. Having the same framework throughout the system allows for easy collection and transmission of sheet level amounts and package level data without forcing the user to acquire complex and expensive external software.
